Instructions and wiring for an auto top off based on bubbler-pressure principle. No contact between sensor and tank water. sets with a little dial on the front of the switch. Visual indication of level, and a second set of contact available to connect tank level to a controller.

Interesting. What is the behaviour if the air pump dies?
It should be OK for a bit, im expecting like a week or so. I was thinking of putting the bubbler on a smart plug and running it only for maybe a minute or two an hour. With the float valve in there above the liquid, it would appear unusually high if there was a problem, but wouldn't overflow.

Is the sensor going to be accurate enough for an aquarium, where the difference between 'high' and 'low' is only a couple inches?
with this kind of sensor, the accuracy depends on the span of the transmitter. I'm still putting it together. But the transmitter spec sheet says the accuracy should be 1% of full scale... 1% of 25 inch total scale is +/- 1/4".
