Wow - yuck?

Facebook is a complete disaster for actual conversations and threads. Never ending "click to expand" comments, etc.
Also many people do not use or have moved away from FB for various reasons.
Feels like a step backward from an actual forum or ticketing system.

Our After-sales colleagues is on Facebook, there is an instant conversation, can see if online, it is faster and more convenient to send pictures and videos for diagnosis.
Facebook can log in from the web page and APP

Our After-sales colleagues is on Facebook, there is an instant conversation, can see if online, it is faster and more convenient to send pictures and videos for diagnosis.
Facebook can log in from the web page and APP
Some people are restricted from Facebook due to government jobs so I suggest an alternative. I will never use Facebook, Twitter, or anything except R2R or Email period cause I am just not interested. I am old so I don't count anyway!

I raised this issue when they announced that all support would be via Facebook. It is frankly, ridiculous. I do not (will not) use Facebook. Moreover, to have a private conversation you also need the horrid Facebook Messenger app. No thanks.

Big +1 to @BeanAnimal. I don't have a facebook account, and one out of the three lights I ordered doesn't work. I sent an email to the noopsychereeflight gmail account on Monday with no response. Is the facebook group really the only way you provide support?
