ideal fish for 12 gallon

i’ve got a new 12 gallon without any fish yet, i really wanna get a gumdrop goby and a flaming prawn goby, but im not sure what to do for the 3rd fish.
i’ll need something that doesn’t perch or hide in the rocks, something that floats freely in the open water.
i’ve look through a few different ideas but idk.
would you guys think a banggai cardinal would be fine? just a singular one?

I would say the banggai would need more space, they're recommened for 30 gallons. id say maybe a clown or fire fish?

i worry clownfish would get to big and bully the other two, also i have a other tank with a clown and normal fire fish.
though i have thought about one of those fancy fire fish...
i just wanna collect as many ideas and choose the best option

Helfrichi Firefish are awesome! and if you add the clown after (also if it isn't the more aggressive like maroon or tomato) it shouldn't bully anyone even if it gets bigger. plus the cool varients of ocellaris clowns like black storms would be super cool in a nano
