Definitely feather dusters. This particular kind is very prolific and reproduce rapidly. Any duster with a "parchment tube" will reproduce and grow faster than one with a calcified tube, but these little white ones get everywhere I have a few in my tank but my lfs tanks' are swarming with these. I don't mind them and I doubt they are bothering your coral. They don't bore into the skeleton and they just filter feed, which won't bother corals. You have a different underlying problem, not the dusters.They are not aiptasia. They retract and come off form their tubes. But are not calcified tubes, are soft black tubes. They are like worms.
