Can anyone help me to ID this? I have someone watching my tank while I'm out of town for a few months. They sent these pictures. Before the red showed up, it looked like a yellow sponge was starting to form.

Looks like a general aquriam that's not been maintained for months? Easily sorted out to bring it back to life.
