I don't have a way to get a better picture but I will have a filter here Monday. This literally came out of nowhere and nothing has been added lately and what was added recently isn't anywhere near this side of the tank. It's a bright green color and close to my Green Implosion Paly but one a separate rock and doesn't look like a Paly. I know it's a very blue picture but any ideas?

I'll have a filter on Monday that I can get a better pic with. Paranoid of changing my lights and not getting back. I struggle with adjusting the lights.

I see. A flashlight may give you a better pic.

It is under my Orange Rhodactics, I wouldn't think it would drop a green baby.
Do you have blue shrooms. If so they can look different depending on the light

Yes avoid flashlights, mushrooms will shrink during dark periods so best to take a photo in natural daylighting.

It does look like a recently fragged/ cut mushroom that's spilling out it's guts but better pictures will provide better answers
That's just my opinion :) thoughts

No blue mushrooms. There is a very wide base on whatever this is. You can also see what is in the area now. The Palys are on a different rock and don't look like that to me. You can see the color of the mushroom that it is under. That's a Rainbow Riccordea further away and there is a large Superman Rhodactics further to the left out of the picture.

In digging a little deeper and doing some more research and jogging my memory a little more, that is a new baby mushroom I believe. I was cleaning around that area and moving some stuff around. The mushrooms foot used to be attached in that area and it has always been half way on that frag plug and halfway on the rock. I have always hoped that it would move all the way off the plug so I could remove the plug. Well the plug was kind of falling because of my working in the area. I guess it left a part of its foot behind and that is what is the larger area under the green. My research found that they can leave a baby of a different color so that is my best guess of what that is. A green baby from an orange mushroom.
