I just took my hammer off the drag plug it came with and noticed this on the side. Looks very soft but no idea what it is

Thanks, I thought it might have been aiptasia but it looked really small and short but after coming back to have another look it’s extended and 100% looks like aiptasia now. I’ve removed the whole frag from the tank so it will dry up and die off and am hoping it didn’t spread to the rest of the tank.
