Still relatively new to the hobby I was wondering if you have any recommendation for tank balancing

I could just increase water change amount as I do 10% weekly (Fritz RPM salt mix(bluebox))

I'd raise the salinity to 35 ppt, and I'd consider adding a trace element supplement, such as Tropic Marin A and K.
