I would get GFO high capacity will bring levels down faster but can use regular GFO and use it in reactor. if not using it already in reactor.
I have not used GFO yet, can it be put in a bag and dropped in the sump or does it have to be in a reactor?

80 Gallon with a 40 Gallon sump.
Ok. I suggest water changes, and then finding the source of the higher nutrients. GFO will work, but it usually works too good, and bottoms out phosphate, inviting other problems like dinos.

Well I feed every other day Frozen LRS food i don't rinse it but I'm starting to do that know which hopefully will bring the Phosphates down along with Water changes.
