So... i want a pico tank in addition to my 33 extra long acro tank (current build). I want something that a can stick a couple of leather corals, some nice shrooms and some zoas/palys into. probably one small fish, maybe two. I'm gonna keep is really simple with no skimmer or controller or any of that. Just water changes and nothing else. I'm currently looking at the AIO by advanced acrylics available through BRS. I'm looking at either the 10x10 or the 12x12. I'll probably go with a Noopsyche or maybe the SB reeflight "sprite" for lighting. I really like the SB products for the money, but the Noopsyche has a more polished/finished look (and it is gonna be in my living room). Anybody ever go the super simple softy approach? if so, I'd love some feedback or to hear about your experiences. What worked and what didn't, that sort of thing. Also, pics are more than welcome!

The acrylic tanks look great. A ricordea tank could look absolutely fantastic.
I agree. I have a picture stashed somewhere in my inspiration file of a shallow tank with several low islands of ricordinance only with a few gorgonians mixed in around them for some height/contrast and it’s stunning.
