I like the look of GSP but my daughters don't so I don't have any (yet).

laezur, any FTS pic showing how much you have and where (in relation to other corals)?

I also love it, it’s one of my favourite corals, I can grow SPS like weeds, but GSP, oh the shame….! Lol

I added a piece a year or so ago, and it’s about the same size!

It is pretty cool-looking.

If anyone wants a similar-looking but more well-behaved substitute, blue-green sympodium is good. It grows at a reasonable pace, looks nice, and is fun to feed because of how it closes up on food.

I'm thinking of adding some to my tank, but it seems risky.
If it’s kept on a rock “island” it won’t grow any further than that rock, it won’t grow across sand. So if the rock isn’t touching anything you’re all good. It’s really easy to frag and trim back anyway, you can just tear pieces off

These are beautiful pics! The one that's before the video (the zoomed in closeup) should be entered in the Photo of the Month! The video is awesome as well. I have to get another frag after killing my first one. I'm still sad about that.

A coral often one of controversy. Some love it, some hate it, some are asking themselves why. We all admire our lawns after a grass cutting, yet this poor weed gets slack LOL.
Under the right light is luscious. I'll but it all as i appreciate GSP
