I have some eggs or something I don’t know

Hi guys I have these hard shell eggs that appeared about 3 weeks ago. I don’t know what they are… I do have turbo snails, Nassarius, and Astra snails… I also had 2 octopuses, but these are usually not hard shell eggs I assume…btw I said I had because it’s been about two months since I saw them last lol they’ve done that before then I see them again… it’s funny as hell
