I have an LED project that I need help on, The LED Driver has an adjustment knob, but I want to be able to adjust the externally.

AcroIQ MicroDriver
48V, 2 channel, 400-1000mA adjustable current with PWM
two current adjustable channels with PWM dimming
Capable of 48V supply voltages, the driver is fully compatible with any 3.3V or 5V PWM dimming signa
12-48V supply voltage
VIn - 3V maximum output voltage (12V in, 9V out) over the full input range
Fully adjustable from 400-1000mA using on-board trim potentiometer
PWM dimming is optional! The current is adjustable, between 400mA to 1000mA (1 Amp), using an on-board adjustment knob. The current limit works in tandem with PWM dimming!

PWM Eby
3.5A DC12V/24V PWM Motor Speed Controller LED Dimmer B10K Potentiometer knob

LED Pucks BlueAcro AcroStar LED Emitter Pucks
18k Blue
Channel 1: 3x Royal Blue (450nm); 1x Blue (485nm); 1A max current, 12V capable driver required
Channel 2: High CRI full spectrum channel: 1x 4000k Neutral White, 1x Lime, 1x Cyan, 1x Blue, 700mA max current, 12V required

Power Supply Meanwell GST60A-24-P1J
Model: GST60A-24-P1J, Output: 24V, up to 2.5A, Input: 90 VAC to 264 VAC.

Wiring Diagram in series From the BlueAcro website

How do I wire the PWM to the LED Driver?
In series between the power supply and the LED Driver, the Driver has 4 inputs, do double up on the ground with the PWM?
Thanks

That type of PWM driver is designed to sit in series with whatever its dimming, and will probably cause problems with the LED driver.

If you're happy with dimming and setting it, you can use the adjustment knobs on the dimmer. Otherwise you need a logic level PWM input (3.3V) to the driver for dimming.
