I think those have a gyre mode.
Your tank is just new, the flow will help but it's just going to take some time. The products that say they take care of cyano generally do in my experience. I would just wait it out and use a tooth brush and turkey baster to knock it off and then a fine net to scoop it out. It just takes some time.
If no fish yet then I would put the pumps on the front blasting the rocks, assuming your build thread is the tank and it's basically just rockwork at this point.
Cleaning it off and scooping it out is what I would do and just do it until it goes away.
