How do I fix this problem with my sand because it keeps on lifting in this corner where should I move my ecotech vortech MP40? And should I get rid of the damsel because I am getting 2 tangs, a wrasse, and a blenny? Because he killed my other damsel at the top in the picture

First problem - it's not the MP40 - it's your main return pointed into the corner that is shifting the sand. Look at something like a Loc-Line adapter to split/alter the flow.

Second - your damsel should be fine with the other fish. In smaller tanks it's a territory thing and damsels will go at each other. Occasionally you can have more than one, but not normally.
