Appears to be either a substance known as Lyngbya which is filamentous and somewhat slimy and best removed with edge of an old credit card or similar on the glass and net or siphon loose matter and removing rock and scrubbing with a firm toothbrush or automotive detail brush in a separate container of tank water. This stuff is growing on my rock and is all over the back glass but I don’t know what it is.
