Completely seriously, that looks like a larval moth or beetle, and I'm not familiar with any marine worms that look like this - is there any chance it's not a marine creature?

I swear I could find these in my vegetable garden.

Looks kinda like a mealworm, I'd agree looks terrestrial not aquatic.
