Been battling these for a year but I'm afraid I'm at my wits end. Kalk and peroxide just knock it back so I'm thinking I can try and figure out a natural predator. First I'm hoping someone on here can proper identify these, at least get where they might be found. They look like little brown star polyps when I looked at them magnified. I really don't want to tear down the tank since this might be my best tank I ever started and they don't seem to sting anything just cover any bare spots in the rockwork. (brown covering the rockwork in the pic). Any help will be appreciated.
