Any help please my phone broke so I had to download the ai app to néw phone and It won't connect my light now. I login and its showing 3 lights one parent and 2 children yet I only have 1 light. I deleted all lights to try start again but it literally finds nothing my light is actually on but very low settings and I can't adjust it as its showing no lights on the app. Even when it was showing 3 I couldn't actually control any.
