I have a 125 gallon fowlr set up with 2 small clowns, a damsal and a Picasso trigger fish, those were all doing good no issues all young fish, then a few days ago I introduced a 3 in long foxface and a blue spit puffer also 3 in long the Picasso is the same size as them. The first couple days was fine now the foxface is hiding in a cave and the Picasso is glass surfing and won't stop all of them are still eating. Water parameters are all good, what can I do to calm these guys down? Been going on for the last 2 days

post a screen shot so we can see the aquascape but it has only been a few days. Foxface can be pretty shy.

Some fish take awhile to adjust. I couldn’t get within 10 feet of my tank for almost a month without my blue throat trigger darting into a cave lol. Now he’s right up in my face at feeding time. Don’t over think it. As far as picasso trigger glass surfing well I don’t think I’ve ever seen one that didn’t do that so I wouldn’t panic about that either.

The other often overlooked and obvious trick to curb aggression is to keep your fish well fed lol. People worry more about water quality than nutrition sometimes and you have a carnivorous sloppy eater with a voracious appetite. Now don’t mistake that for over feeding either lol it’s like everything else in this hobby trying to find that happy medium!

I just today started giving him raw gulf shrimp and clams from the deli so I can actually get him some substantial meals, the mysis shrimp and pellets werent really cutting it
