Hey all!

Hoping to get some suggestions on how to get an anemone crab off of a rock. I recently got a new tank and started with new rock. Ik he's on my old rock somewhere, I'm not sure which piece, but looking for some suggestions for any ways to get them off. Any suggestions would be appreciated!

I was thinking that but since they're mostly filter feeders not sure if they would.. Might be worth a shot though..
Other than taking your entire tank apart - I don't see another solution - but - I did have a question - why does it matter?

I have all my old rock in the tank for the time being, but plan on removing them soon. I was just hoping to get him off before I did. So I can take the rock out if there's a way you can think of when the rocks are out of the tank. Not sure if I could like elevate the rock in a tub of water where the crab can drop down into.

it could - I would not necessarily count on it - but if its the only way - its reasonable.IME - a crab, etc - exposed to an abnormal condition (i.e. drying) - is to go further into the rock.

Hmmm that makes sense... Do you think he would come out for a good trap? Might give it a try even though idk which rock he's on.
