I can't find any forums with this answer, I have a friend asking if he can add one of his live rocks that has been established for over a year now with copepods to a new tank under two months. The new tank is a 32 gal that has been doing great, main question is how long should he acclimate his live rock and will this kill his copepods. I said about 24hrs with a drip, please help with your expertise. Thank you

No need to acclimate.
Tank to tank no worries I've done it lots of times.
Only worry would be transferring parasites from one tank to the other.
Anything wet you move from one tank to another you take that chance from fish to coral, to sand to rock.
