Here are the fish in my aquarium:

1-Korean Angel - 5"
4-Clowns
4-Pajama Cardinals- 2"
1-DWG
1-lawnmower blennie
1-royal gramma
1-clown goby -1"
1-yellow tang -4"
1-blue tang- 3"
4-damsels (I know now)

110g - tall tank (4')

I am feeding 1 frozen cube of mysis shrimp and a pinch of flakes twice a day.

Is that too much or not enough? The Korean angel seems to me starving

You need to feed way more than that, that is next to nothing for all those fish.

Easy way to tell if the fish are well fed, feed a lot, you will start to be able to tell when they are really hungry as they will dash to the food like they are starving and when they are just being greedy they will not be in too much of a rush, find a happy medium.

Agree they need more. I have 8 fish. One tang , two clowns, dwarf angel, two butterflies. neon dottyback, and a lawnmower blenny which just eats algae so doesn't really count. I was feeding two cubes mysis a day. My copperband wasn't as thick as I wanted so I have added more fresh seafood now so I might feed a cube of mysis and a whole shrimp cut up smaller daily.

I like my fish to look thick and healthy. I have an auto feeder that feeds 4 times a day and I feed frozen food once a day. What I do to guage is watch one of the feedings once in a while to see how much food, if any, is not eaten, then adjust slightly. My tank is quite peaceful since the fish have room to swim and are well fed. You should also keep an eye on phosphates, nitrates, and nuisance algae/cyano growth and further adjust as needed.

I feed my fish 3 or 4 times a day, they would eat more if I gave into their begging.

But don't feed more per serving, feed small amounts more often, this way no food gets missed to rot in the water. When you drop food, it should be gone in about 30 seconds, or else you fed too much.
