Looking for some recommendations on how much gph I would need for a gyre. Tank is 115 gallon peninsula, 60x24x18. Aqua scape is in down the middle of the tank to allow for flow on both sides with a climb along the overflow box.
Currently the tank is set up along a wall so not really being used as a peninsula right now. I was thinking of 2 x Gyre Cloud 3300? one at the far end away from output and then one vertical along the "backside" by the overflow so I can get the lower part behind the aquascape as well.
But is this TO MUCH FLOW? What are your thoughts?
My vision is eventually both soft, sps & maybe LPS corals.

I personally don't think of flow in terms of gph, my goal is to eliminate all dead flow spots..... when I look at your long tank, I see flow coming from only one side, so no matter how many gph you have, you will have dead flow spots with that set up, its inevitable with only one angle of flow. Separating your gyres and putting one on each side, although less attractive, will be more efficient in having less dead flow spots.
