My tank has just cycle, about 1 month old,
65 G with 20G sum.
Can I add around 5-6 clown fish (small - nano) about 1-1.5” . Can the tank handle the bioload?

If as you say your tank is cycled and can process ammonia into nitrite then nitrate in 24 hours. Then yes as long as they are small young fish. 1.5 inches is too old. If too large they will fight and some will be killed.

Since you’re going for a harem, I would say then add them all at once provided they are small and feed lightly for the first few weeks working your way up. Make sure to monitor ammonia and nitrite especially in case of any spikes.
