How long can Montipora Last Out of Water

Im literally an idiot lol. I was putting some frags in my tank and accidentally threw out my Contraband Grafted Digitata Monti frag. It was wrapped in a damp (not wet) paper towel. I realized after maybe like 30-45 mins and put in my tank right away. Do you think it’ll recover?

Should be fine. My corals sit dry for 30 minutes on water changes.

Depends on the species, but I've seen Montipora in intertidal habitats (probably exposed to air for a few hours) in Singapore. Probably shouldn't let Montipora (or any of your corals, for that matter) exposed to air for more than 30 minutes.
