It is so small it likes to stay where the power cord goes into the pump. The power head was leaking elec. into my tank and I had to unplug it. That reminds me. I call their customer service and told them of the problem with 4 of my maxi jets (I bought all 4 at the same time about 1 1/2 years ago) They told me to just send them back to thier company and they would fix or replace them free. I told them I could not do that because I had to have them for my tank. They are sending 3 new ones in the mail and I'll send the bad ones back when I get the new ones. I had 1 extra for situations like this but didn't buy 3 extras. I have to use 1 of the leaky power heads for my return and place the new one in the DT. I sent 1 back to the last week. I check for stray voltage every once in a while. After discovering I had 36 volts in my tank I will check more often. I have a 12 yr old that takes care of my fish when I'm gone. I would LOVE to keep him around at least long enough to get a couple of grand children out of him...................
