Ammonia rose due to the good bacteria being decreased bc of copper power, nitrates spiked from disturbing and removing the sand bed, my sailfin is developing fin rot on his right and left fins, chaeto or prime is not available atm until saturday, I only have amquel+ but i dont know if i can overdose it by 5x as it takes oxygen out of the tank, its an empty 125 with just a few fish, powerhead and hob filters

When running antibiotics with copper make sure you aerate the tank heavily with an air stone. what fishes u hv? Also can u post pic? U should treat it in qt and don't overdose.
