The API AquaSpin is only available on a commercial level and to fish stores! But depending on what distributor you get they may sell you one/you may be able to convince a lfs to buy you one. I should warn you they aren't cheap and retail for $1,499 plus around $200-$300 for a box of 50 disks. LaMotte makes the API one as well their own version and pool photometers. The WaterLink Spin Touch version 3587 (only this version) is the aquaculture one available to the general public! Disks for both units are not compatible with each other and the units and disks for the LaMotte version are backordered everywhere for around 6 months due to production issues. You have to buy the LaMotte WaterLink from a third party as well such as this website. https://www.forestry-suppliers.com/p/94820/60230/lamotte-waterlink-spin-touch-ff-photometer
