Hitchhiker on Duncan frag or new head?

Hard to see, about the same color as the body, not sure if it was there before or not. It is kinda limpet shaped? But honestly, I don’t know and I would love some input.

It doesn’t look like a limpet to me - I’d guess it’s a new head.
