This is aiptaisa right? It has little curly tentacles with bubble looking segments. Hard to get a good photo of it. Gonna try and attach a video of it! :) tank is empty aside from the live rock for cycling!

Looks like it might be a curlicue anemone. Very neat hitchhiker if so!
Ooo I’m going to research it right now! Just spotted it today, the live rock comes from Florida if that helps with ID

It's aiptasia family member from the Florida area. Gotten a handful of them on rock from the gulf. They do not seem to multiply as fast as a standard aiptasia, however. Kinda neat looking. If you want it gone, inject it with some milky thick kalkwasser.

I’m mixed between Aiptasia and Curley Que. Almost looks like a small Curley Que but there is Carribean Aiptasia (just not as invasive as pacific species)
Does the carribean aiptasia appear on the Florida coast as well?

Yes it does. I’ve heard of it on both gulf and keys rock

The scientific name is exaiptasia pallida if that helps for research. Looking at pics I’m almost leaning more Curley Que now
