hicthhiker with a pair of tentacles

This hitchhiker has two tentacles which some of them may be stripped,and a few of them grows somehow big (2cm long I guess?).In past I ounly found them on living rocks,recently they appear on my dead rocks too.I think this creature should have a pair of tentacles since I always see two of them swinging around from one hole but I may be wrong.

I think they are as I googled them and found out their movement are the same (like paralysed)
