Hi all just found you after being a member of another popular UK reef forum and having enough of the politics there so here's hoping it's better here I currently have a home made 260L marine aquarium that's been settled in for a while I'll add some pictures of it below and I'm currently in the progress of upgrading to a 500L tank so wish me luck and I look forward to perving on your tanks and chatting with you all

Welcome to R2R! Nice tank and a very interesting concept. I don't think I've ever seen a tank that close to the floor before. I like it. More like a living table.

The only space we had at the time was where the TV unit was so had to go with what I had

Welcome! Glad you joined. I've truly loved this site! Lots of information here, and low drama factor.

Have you considered starting your build thread? I found its a great place to document my tank's evolution for myself. I started tank first then joined, so I'm still finding myself going back collecting pictures & updating historically as well as current state. Once you create your first post in your thread under Forum > Member Aquariums and link it to your account, they will give you build badge (look left, under my ID)

This might help you find people local to you in Southampton:

This is a good reference book type online article I still review:
