Definitely Dino's

What are your parameters.

Just look in the forums thread for "Dinos" Posts. Lots of posts on how to handle them situational to your parameters and tank.

Generally just means your tank is too "clean"

Feed more! add more corals and fish. Increase biodiversity. (More corals)

Thanks for the reply! I’m going to go about checking all parameters right now last I checked my nitrates were at 10 so seems like there was nutrients but tank definitely is clean from the tank swap

During the swap I used all new live sand put all old live rock and added some new live rock, and used as much of the old tank water I could. No sand from the old tank was put in

Not unusual with a new setup even using old live rock. I’d also do regular siphoning/ vacuuming weekly for a few weeks. Patience! It’ll get better.
I will do that thanks! Patience is so hard when you see your tank like that
