I'm thinking about adding some extra LED arrays to my current lighting system. Right now my meanwell drivers max out my power supply which provides 48 V and 2.5 amp. I'm thinking about adding two drivers to the system, and will need 48 volts, but I don't have a power supply for 48 V and would prefer not to buy one.

What I do have is a few 24 volt 2.2 amp power supplies.

Is there anyway around this issue? For example, if I wire a 24 v in parallel with the 48 v supplies to power the drivers would that provide enough power to run the leds?

I'm having difficulty with is determining what is important here. Technically I'd have enough wattage to power the leds, the amperage would be enough as well.
