Help with ID. Flatworms?

Fighting Dinos has me scoping samples from my tank daily. I've been seeing these fellas a little more frequently. This is at 100x magnification. I thought they would be too small to be flatworms at that size but someone on forums thought they were larvae. Any thoughts on ID? TIA

I'm not very good at microscope ID's yet, but maybe @taricha would have an idea here.
