Help! White splotch on my frogspawn seems to be killing it

I got this frogspawn about 10 days ago. We dipped it after getting it from LFS. It has been doing great in the tank

Today all of a sudden it was not extending. I am now seeing a white patch that seems to be growing inside of it. I'm not sure what to do? Should I dip it again? Should I pull out the white stuff? Unfortunately it looks like the coral is dying :( any help would be appreciated

All of my numbers look fine. Alk is 7.5, phosphate at 0, nitrate at 8

Sadly it looks like it is just dying. It went from looking great to dying in 24 hours. Here is a photo. Anyone have ideas on what could have happened?
