Help what are these in my tank and are they good or bad

I’m not sure what these are but they seem to be multiplying pretty fast and getting pretty big and i want to make sure they are not bad ..

Are they normally this big ? I have put so many pods in my tank in hopes to have a mandarin goby and I got 3 of them in the past .. all died and looked skinny so I thought I couldn’t keep pods in my tank so I stopped . But now at nighttime I see these guys all over the tank ..

I bought some for my tank from Algae Barn. You got them free, celebrate!

I did buy them from algae barn too I didn’t know what it was cuz they were nottttt this big lol

I have a melanarus wrasse and his belly is always stuffed .. but I think that’s why I couldn’t hold onto a mandarin goby because between the wrasse and goby they would eat them all

Are amphipods not too big for a mandarin? Never had one but they look big for its mouth
