HELP! water cloudy from dusty sand, but I rinsed it out last night for an hour, what to do?

there is a carpet of dust on everythiiiinnnngggg, I rinsed it last night with my friend until the water that the sand was in was crystal clear, I put all the sand in a bucket, and overflowed the bucket, while sifting the sand around, did that for an hour
now its still cloudy, and a bunch of dust re-imergered, what to do?

but what about when I put rocks in? or when my goby is swimming on the bottom? when flow hits the bottom?

It should settle out in the substrate if is “dust”.
It can also be cloudy if the tank is very new.

Sometimes I blow the sand like a hurricane to keep detritus in the water for removal.

Overnight, it settles down.
