I have this torch coral it’s been 2 weeks and day after day was shrinking. I decided to do a Saechem reef dip and I notice this weird parasite or whatever it is on the skeleton. Can someone help me identify what it is? Thank you

Have you checked parimiters of your aquarium, if it has shrunk day after day then at a guess it's not happy.

I would not recommend seachem reef dip.
I checked daily! All other corals are puffy and open even other euphyllia I have ( frogspawn) are doing fine. My water parameters are:
PH: 8.2
AMMONIA : 0
NITRITE : 0
NITRATE : 0.10
PHOSPHATE: 0.15 c.a
KH : 10
CA : 400
