I replaced my fleece roller 3 times already, and I am still getting the "Set Up Error 2". It looks like everything is installed correctly. Any ideas?
Can you take a picture of the reef mat and let us know if you have this set to left or right in “more settings” in the app?

Also, when you press and hold the button on the side of the drive box to advance the roll, does it work or is it slipping?

It is set to the left. It is working on the manual feed.
Could you take a picture of your setup just so we can see if anything jumps out?

One common setup error is not seating the new roll correctly on the gear box, so the manual advance appears to work since the dirty roll drives, but the reef mat is not “sensing” the new roll turning on the gear. This happens if you close the reefmat with the roll in the maintenance position. It needs to be manually moved to the correctly seated position before closing the flap/door.

Threading the fleece over instead of under the roll can cause this error also.

Can you double check that the gear on the dispensing side is rolling? If you're missing one of the roll holders, it may cause that gear to not spin which would cause a set up error #2 despite the fleece dispensing normally.

So, the wheel is spinning but the dirty roll is not rolling unless I give it a start. If I push the manual feed button and start spinning the dirty roll, it grabs and starts rolling up.
That means you didn't install the uptake correctly. I normally do 3 rotations on 1 shaft then sandwich to keep the "core" from becoming loose and spinning freely like yours. Painters tape is likely a suitable alternative

Ok I will try that. I reinstalled this thing 4 times.

I getting the error even before the thing is ready to advance.
