Hello, I have a 126 gallon cycled tank ready for fish. I understand that aggressive fish are added last as to avoid them becoming bullies, but what about fish that seem to have variable temperaments? From what I read, something like a clownfish can be aggressive or calm, while royal gammas tend to be shy or confident. This is the order of introduction I'm thinking relative to the fish I would like to own, with the top of the list being introduced first:

Common Clownfish
Lawnmower Blenny
Banggai Cardinalfish
Pajama Cardinalfish
Royal Gamma
Yellow Tang
Firefish Goby
Flame Angelfish
Melanurus wrasse

I am aware that the final two fish are more intermediate, but I hope that by the time I get around to adding them, I'm hoping I will be confident & familiar enough with reefing to take care of them by then. If not, I could always simply not add them (I am also planning to add a CUC, although I haven't decided what specific animals it should be composed of, I defiantly want peppermint shrimp).

Does this stocking & order seem like a good idea? Thanks for any replies.

I would add groups of fishes. The meek (1) first group, the stout (2) second, and the bullies (3) last.

3-Common Clownfish
2- Lawnmower Blenny
1-Banggai Cardinalfish
1- Pajama Cardinalfish
2- Royal gramma
3- Yellow Tang
1- Firefish Goby
3-Angelfish
2-Melanurus wrasse

of course this is just a suggested guideline for additions. Some folks would have different opinions on grouping individual fishes.

I agree with clownfish , tang and angelfish last .
but I have never thought of putting 2 different types of cardinals …
The Mel wrasse can be a a hole . As well as the royal gramma
Lawnmower blenny I would wait until
There is sufficient algae
