I got this used tank set up(which was up for 4 months) that I transferred into my place (now up for 1 month) and I see the rock has some unpleasant algae on the rock. I have an around 5 snails (2 turbo and remaining smaller ones) and 1 hermit crab. I read several forums and articles on the type of algae, but having a hard time figuring out what type is it. Can some help identify and provide pointers on how to treat it?

More details:
24 G tank
Life: 4 months with previous owner, 1 month with me.
Algea: small green layer mostly on rocks (some of glass which I clean with a scrubber every 2-3 days)
Live stock: 3 fish and 1 coral + 2 turbo snails, 3 small snails(don't know the name) and 1 hermit crab.
Chemistry: All seem within range, but don't have a device for exact measurements.

possibly turf algae.

scrub more frequently, increase clean up crew, add bottled bacteria (ideally prodibio bio digest), feed slightly less, increase filtration or addition of macro algae to outcompete this algae for nutrients.
