I have a 89 gallon tank my tank is about a month and two weeks old. My ALK is 9 and calcium is 440, nitrates is below 10. There is no life stock in the tank besides Coral. The coral has the right PAR levels. I have a Dunkin a hammer and a GSP coral and they all closed up less than 30 mins when the lights are about to close. Is this normal?

Yes, corals go through day and night cycles like us, and they learn the light schedule over time. Some corals stay open at night to filter feed, but those usually don't.

Also, it's Duncan, not like the doughnuts lol.
Thanks . I had the Duncan for a week though. How long should I keep the lights on for AI prime?

Run light at 10-12 hrs a day ,.,,,, 9a -9m or even 10p

Duncan- moderate light and water flow and place at mid tank and feed mysis shrimp 2-3X per week.
Assure phosphate and salinity is not elevated

Prime:

How long should the ramp time be?
In most cases, you start with blue , progress to daylight, and towards evening return to blue and lights out if you are using a schedule.
When I ran prime hd, I had the settings on all the spectrums mentioned below and lights on at 9a and off at 10a.

White 18
Blue 80
purple 75
UV 75
green 4
Red 4
