Picked up this red thread-like Algea on a zoa frag from LFS. It is impossible to scrub off as it roots in the rock. None of my CuC eats it. When I pull it off it seems to spread elsewhere in the tank. Will anything eat/kill this stuff?

I've seen it called "gelidium" in the hobby, like here
https://www.reefcleaners.org/nuisance-algae-id-guide

But speaking in terms of actual classification, real gelidium looks nothing like that

instead looks more like maybe Ahnfeltia.
Not that I think getting a correct genus would help here. Search "red wiry algae" on the forum to see what others have said about it. It's a tough weed.
