The water is very cloudy and I can see where it has ejected its viscera in the bag. From my understanding this doesn’t kill them. What do I need to do? It been through a full quarantine already.

Never had a Cuc but I'd QT it and make sure it doesn't get worse. If it's active and living for the next week or two, it most likely is fine. Last thing you want is a Cuc nuking your tank.
