Yeh man I’m stumped been doing this for years and finally found some show size clowns lol never had a fish with ich not eat so I’m confused
The pics aren’t super clear, but the white spots do look suspicious for ich. I wouldn’t expect a huge decrease of appetite for ich, but it is possible.

Agreed - the one photo clearly shows ich, but that won't cause a fish to stop eating, not at that level of infection.

I presume the water tests out all o.k.

I've always had issues with large wild caught clownfish - they are just really touchy. Do you know the history of these fish? How long ago were they imported, etc. I've not worked with Allardi in many years, but I simply stopped getting bluesptripes (similar species) because the mortality rate was so high.

Were the feces normal brown or whiteish?

The appetite loss is a big issue. I would not assume that they are eating when you aren’t watching.

People may suggest appetite enhancers, but with fish that were eating well, these really aren’t going to help - the core issue needs to be resolved.

Here’s a video when they were doing great
They are more lethargic now I believe not swimming as much as before

So - assuming that you at least have ich in your tank, and (if I'm reading correctly?) you didn't medically quarantine. I would consider setting up a hospital tank and treating with the usual copper/prazipro protocol. Leaving your main tank fallow for 6-8 weeks. PS - I would also watch your other fish and treat them as well. Assuming your other parameters are in line

So the tank is 3 months old and all these fish were added at the same time so I didn’t quarantine I already have hospital tanks running at all times for my other fish looks like I’m gonna try and yank them today and put them in the basement and hopefully get them rehabilitated

I think it's the safest way to go. Great job.
