Hi all. Just got my new tank moved in and while carrying my skimmer dropped it fracturing some pieces.

It’s been a long time since I’ve had to bond acrylic. I have weld on 16 still sitting around. Is this the best thing to use to repair it?

Yes - Best for this and should work well.

Is this an internal skimmer ? If so I wouldn't worry at all about this repair.
Yes. in sump Octo 200 space saver. the gate valve is totally separated. Yes its DC but still assume need it for some control?

The weldon would work, but seeing that a valve is going to be rotated, you might add some strength by then wrapping with fiberglass or nylon cloth and epoxy.
