Help my anemone is all shriveled up and something came off of him. It was doing really well until I did another water change and it fell off the rock it was on

Sorry for the false alarm he looks fine again I think it was just the water change upset him.
They respond to flow but mainly light which generates needed inner sugars for color and growth.

You're going off pure look rather than giving the information needed for an accurate course. Tank age and parameters play a huge role with anemone. If your tank is too young, little to no chance of survival. If parameters are off, or lighting is insufficient, it can be fixed.

Temp 75f. Ph 8.2. Nitrates 2ppm Nitrites 0 ammonia 0 salinity 1.023
Salinity is a tad low and still need to know the age of the tank. As mentioned before this is usually the number one reason people are having issues.

Tank is just a bit over 7 months old
Bring salinity to 35ppt and temp between 77 and 78. From there, stability. Tank is a little young but might be ok.
