I am admittedly very new to the hobby and my husband bought me an anemone probably before I was ready for it… is this pour guy dying? I don’t know what to do!!

You need to raise the nitrate. It might be fine. Make sure phosphate is not 0.00 too. Long tentacle anemones are not beginner friendly in my opinion. Could you list your light, how far away it is from the light, and the light settings? This is just to eliminate variables. Did the anemone get injured by any chance?
